Villa Pomes has a large openspace living room including living area, dining room and kitchen, a second living area with sofa and TV, four double bedrooms and five bathrooms, for a total of 160 square meters.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom. Behind the simplicity of this typical Apulian villa, there are all the comforts of a modern home.
It is surrounded by a hectare of land where olive trees, vines, fruit trees and Mediterranean plants coexist in total harmony.
Around the villa there are two pergolas, one of which, adjacent to the barbecue area, equipped with a dining table, where you can spend pleasant evenings outdoors enjoying excellent Apulian food.
From the large window of the living room you can see the enchanting pool sterilized with salt and not chlorine, equipped with sun loungers on which to relax with the reading of a good book, fully enjoying the breathtaking sunsets of this unique land lulled by the song of cicadas.
